About The Role

We’re seeking a driven Associate Talent Development Director. This role blends talent acquisition and business development, ideal for someone who thrives on building partnerships, loves a challenge, and approaches recruitment with a hunter mentality.

The position owns the dentist pipeline end-to-end, from sourcing through placement and develops tailored regional recruitment strategies to ensure sustainable growth. You’ll build strong connections with dental schools, associations, and community networks, while collaborating closely with our Business Development team and Associate Recruitment team to align intelligence, territory planning, and shared recruitment goals.
