About the Role

We’re looking for top talent to play a key role in scaling and managing our international business, with a strong focus on the Australia, UK, and US markets.

As a Strategy & Operations Associate, you’ll sit at the intersection of product, operations, and customer insight. You’ll help shape the future of PostCo by working closely with our retailers, identifying patterns and feedback, contributing to product decisions, and building systems that allow us to scale globally.

This role requires strong product thinking and technical curiosity. You should be comfortable building and automating workflows using AI tools such as n8n, and have a good understanding of different cultures and user dynamics across our international markets.
