Associate / Sr. Associate - Private Equity

Who are we looking for?

This role sits within Carnelian‘s Private Equity team, supporting end-to-end deal execution — from analysis and due diligence through to investment committee presentation and portfolio monitoring. You will work across multiple live transactions within a lean, high-performance team, with significant scope for learning and career progression on an established platform.

If you‘ve been in this industry and feel ready to own a larger outcome, this is the opportunity to:

• Undertake deal analysis — industry mapping, business and financial assessment, financial modelling, peer benchmarking, valuation, and development of the investment thesis.
• Conduct due diligence on potential investments across commercial, financial, and operational dimensions.
