Associate Sourcing Manager (On-Site)

About the Role

As Associate Sourcing Manager, you will execute global sourcing strategies for Private and Exclusive brands while leading the supply chain to deliver optimal value, including quality, cost, speed and on-time deliveries.

What You’ll Do
+ Execute analytics and visual presentation to support sourcing strategic plans and decisions at a category and brand level
+ Drive partnerships with the cross-functional team to execute the sourcing strategies
+ Lead projection reconciliation to vendor strategies by understanding brand plans and strategies
+ Execute vendor scorecarding creation, selection and program award
+ Support cost execution through structured events and seasonal negotiations
+ Remain acutely informed of supplier and Country of Production (COP) capability, competency and expertise
+ Support Manager on seasonal brand matrix process
+ Service as the primary Sourcing liaison with Production
