The Associate Solutions Owner works collaboratively with Editorial Management Solutions team members and manuscript management subject matter experts (SME) to draft business and/or system requirements for a product, feature, or service. They partner closely with Senior Solutions Managers who initiate these efforts.

The Associate Solutions Owner is responsible for ensuring all customer and business workflow needs are captured with acceptance criteria, and they act as a point of contact through technical implementation, testing, and roll-out to end-users.
