Job Description

Key responsibilities:
Ownership of service tickets to deliver on training administration transactional processes for SuccessFactors Learning for the following activities:
Creation and lifecycle management of SuccessFactors learning entities (e.g. Items, Curricula, Instructors etc)
Assignment and removal of learning entities
Mark learning complete
Creation of and lifecycle management of Assessments (quiz and exams)
Reporting of learning records using standard reports from SuccessFactors Learning
Create user accounts for myLesson (GSK’s external version of SuccessFactors Learning)
Execution of monthly/quarterly governance transaction processes
Delivery of the above activities according to agreed SLAs and quality standards
Ownership of service tickets to deliver on administration transactional processes for Blend LXP/SAP Jam for the following activities:
