Qualification/ Experience 
A holder of a Regular BTech / MCA .
Total experience: 5 to 7 years. 
Experience in SaaS application support, preferably in Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) tools like Icertis.
Normal business Timings 
Typically 1 pm to 10 pm IST however participation in late evening calls with US stakeholders are expected .
