Associate Scientist - Concentrate Development

**Job Overview:**

**This is a 12-month fixed term contract.**

This role plays a key part in delivering high-quality beverage concentrates to support global innovation and commercialization. Working within the R&D network, the Associate Scientist will design and execute concentrate formulations, ensure data accuracy across systems, and support the successful progression of projects from development through to implementation.

**Key Responsibilities**

+ Design and execute concentrate formulations for Innovation and reformulation projects, ensuring alignment with technical requirements for specific beverage formulations.
+ Apply understanding of ingredient functionality (e.g., sweeteners, acids, stabilizers, flavors) to optimize formulation performance.
