Overview

We are seeking an Associate Sales Administrator to support our Sales Operations team in managing and optimizing the flow of sales data from opportunity creation through project execution and invoicing.

This role plays a critical part in ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and alignment across sales, finance, and operations systems.

Key Responsibilities

+ Validate and manage sales opportunity data within Salesforce CRM
+ Ensure accuracy of key inputs including: Pricing and margin
+ Contract status (MSA/SOW)
+ Supporting documentation
+ Coordinate the flow of data across systems: Salesforce ? JIRA ? Projector ? NetSuite
+ Create and manage JIRA tickets to support project initiation
