This role focuses on enhancing customer satisfaction, fostering loyalty, and identifying opportunities for account growth, thereby contributing to both sales retention and marketing advocacy. The Associate will act as a key point of contact, ensuring a customer-centric approach in all interactions and effectively bridging the needs of clients with the capabilities of the sales and marketing teams.
