Associate Recruiter

Position Summary

Cuesta Partners is looking for an Associate Recruiter to support our Talent Acquisition efforts across multiple hiring initiatives. In this role, you’ll play a key part in keeping our hiring process running smoothly and efficiently. You’ll help identify and engage candidates, support pipeline development, coordinate interviews, and ensure a positive experience for both candidates and internal stakeholders.

What We're Looking For

• Advanced English proficiency required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 2–3 years of experience in recruiting, HR, or administrative support roles.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
