Location: Based Corby with frequent travel to Nuneaton and occasional international travel

Contract Type: Permanent
The Opportunity

Identification of project opportunities, preparation of Investment proposals, and management of capital projects typically up to £1 million with varied timescales which support the development of facilities within the group relating to both office and warehouse environments.
This role requires previous experience in the project management of construction, maintenance or facilities projects. 
What You Will Be Doing
Identification of opportunities, development of proposals, and implementation of solutions that deliver tangible improvements to office facility and logistics problems.

Management of contractors and suppliers including allocation of work, preparation of required specifications and ensuring the contractor delivers to the agreed specification.
