Associate Program Manager I

**Job Description**
BAE Systems Weapon Systems is seeking a highly motivated Associate Program Manager to support programs within the Precision Guided Munitions Advanced Development organization. This role plays a critical part in ensuring successful execution of complex development and production efforts that directly support our Long Range Precision Fires (LRPF) portfolio.
You will collaborate across a diverse team of engineering, manufacturing, operations, and business functions to deliver highquality products, meet cost and schedule commitments, and drive customer satisfaction.
**Key Responsibilities**

+ Support Program Managers in the daytoday execution of LRPF development and production contracts, ensuring on-time deliveries and program performance.
