Job Overview UBS is offering an 18‑month Wealth Management Associate Program in Italy, France or Belgium, with locations in Geneva, Lugano and Zurich. The program focuses on on‑the‑job development of a client book, supplemented by parallel education to build the foundation for a career as a Relationship Manager. Responsibilities Develop into a successful Relationship Manager by completing the training program and meeting financial and educational targets. Build a book of clients from your own network of wealthy individuals in the target markets. Establish long‑term mutually beneficial relationships with clients. Continuously grow your network through referrals and by identifying new prospects. Acquire the necessary knowledge and sales skills to deliver the UBS value proposition to clients, including timely completion of mandatory trainings and the Wealth Management Certificate.
