The Team: We are a global Revenue Operations team with a presence in Pakistan, India and the Philippines. We support the commercial front‑line team in the Order‑to‑Cash process by submitting quotes, generating contracts, and liaising with OTC teams such as legal, Order Management, Fulfillment, and Client Financial Relations.

Responsibilities and Impact

• Optimize revenue generation and enhance the commercial buying experience through efficient operations and client‑centric solutions.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to define requirements, participate in agile ceremonies, and support feature prioritization based on business goals and user impact.
• Lead and participate in cross‑team projects to reduce order return rates, manage suspensions, and address billing requests, improving operational efficiency and client satisfaction.
