About The Role
- Own and drive initiatives from ideation through implementation at launch to support the global expansion of Luxury Escapes
- Develop and execute a strategy to increase Luxury Escapes’ conversion rates and margin, particularly in international markets
- Identify and fill product gaps and generating new ideas that grow market share, improve customer experience and drive growth
- Translate product strategy into detailed requirements and prototypes
- Design and deliver new product features using agile project methodologies, including feature backlog management, sprint planning and user story management
- Act as a product evangelist to build awareness and understanding within the organisation
- Measure and report on crucial product metrics, making sure they are completed in a consistent and timely manner
