Salary: £60,000 - £80,000

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is looking for a step up in their career, with a clear path to Director level. If you have experience within a Practice and staff management, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

Responsibilities

• Looking after a portfolio of clients, acting as the main point of contact and conducting regular reviews with clients.
• Accounts and Tax return preparations for urgent and complex cases.
• Identifying new clients and winning new business, supporting future growth.
• Supporting with new client onboarding.
• Management of junior members of staff, including learning and development.
