Associate - Policy Member Maintenance (1 Year Contract - HK Region)

This role is responsible for after-sales support to policy‑related administrative processes and will be based in Hong Kong, with the option to work in Cyberjaya or Putrajaya.

Job Responsibilities

• Process all incoming requests within the service standard and ensure all processes are carried out prudently and in accordance with regulatory and corporate requirements.
• Perform day‑to‑day transactions, ensuring delivery quality in terms of accuracy, completeness, and timeliness.
• Meet personal quality, efficiency, turnaround time, and attendance benchmarks.
• Perform other responsibilities and duties periodically assigned by supervisor to meet operational and/or other requirements.
• Ensure team operating efficiency.
• Correspond and reply via email to business partners or intermediaries on clarifications and enquiries regarding received cases.
