Job Description
**Introduction**
As the Global Process Transformation Lead — FP&A, you will set the strategic direction for the Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) domain and lead the end-to-end transformation of FP&A processes for our enterprise clients, with a particular focus on organizations whose total revenue exceeds $20B. You will be accountable for re-imagining the FP&A operating model through the disciplined application of AI, agentic workflows, generative analytics, and advanced data platforms — moving clients from descriptive, manual, calendar-driven planning toward continuous, predictive, and autonomous finance.
You will lead a global team of FP&A process experts, data scientists, and transformation specialists, partner with C-suite finance stakeholders (CFO, Controller, VP FP&A, CIO/CDO), and shape multi-year transformation roadmaps that deliver measurable improvements in forecast accuracy, planning cycle time, decision velocity, and cost-to-serve finance.
