Associate Painting

**In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:**

+ Handle Paint shop, required basic knowledge of surface preparation method especially Grit blasting and Painting application methods.
+ Responsible for continuous Quality improvement through ingenious ideas. Meeting the Global Quality requirement with Fisher Painting Standards.
+ Based on Assembly Plan Painting Activities to be in line with Assembly Targets. Paint material stock to be ensure based on Production Plan.
+ Daily Monitor all Paint material & Phosphating Chemicals stock, place the order and get the same to maintain the safety stock and Organise the Payment to the Supplier.
+ Inspection and conduct the below tests with periodical manner, maintain the record to meet the Global Quality & Customer Inspection requirement.
+ Daily Basis - Environmental Condition, Blotter test, MEK Test, WFT&DFT.
+ Weekly Basis – Paint booth & Paint kitchen Preventive maintenance
