**Role Summary / Purpose:**

You will be responsible for the management of a team (2 to 5 people) of mechanical engineers for interventions on steam turbines in power plants.

**Essential Responsibilities:**

Supervise your team of field engineers in the field and carry out assembly, repair and maintenance work of high-power steam turbines in power plants, on-site at our customers' sites. or in our workshops in France and abroad;

+ Participate in mechanical work done on site or in our workshops in France and abroad. Participate in the work of updating the technical documentation related to the site activities. To guarantee the respect of the intervention times:
+ Appropriate the instructions of intervention and prepare the works (anticipation of the needs of tools on site or workshop, spare parts ...);
+ Report on the progress of work (transfer of instructions, ...);
