Job Description

This is full-time role for an infrastructure, energy, and project finance transactions lawyer
with Tier - 1 Law Firm Experience.

- Experience / Advise on infrastructure, energy, and project finance transactions across sectors
- Draft, review, and negotiate project contracts (concession agreements, EPC contracts, O&M agreements, PPAs, etc.).
- Structure and execute project financing deals (syndicated loans, ECBs, bonds, securitisation, etc.).
- Conduct due diligence on projects
- Work closely with senior partners to develop business and client relationships in infrastructure and project finance sectors.
- Ability to work on complex, high-value transactions.
