Description We are looking for a licensed attorney to join our civil litigation team in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. This role offers the opportunity to manage a variety of litigation matters, contribute to case strategy, and support clients through all phases of the legal process. The ideal candidate brings strong courtroom preparation skills, confidence in deposition practice, and the ability to draft persuasive motions with precision.

Responsibilities:
• Handle civil litigation matters from initial case assessment through resolution, maintaining strong organization and attention to deadlines.
• Prepare for and conduct depositions, including witness examination, factual development, and follow-up analysis.
• Draft, revise, and file motions and other litigation documents that are clear, well-supported, and strategically effective.
