Who You Are

The Associate Field Service Engineer will be responsible for providing FANUC America Corporation customers with onsite repair, troubleshooting and / or maintenance services for CNC’s and related peripheral equipment.

Reporting to our Rochester Hills, MI. office, the Associate Field Service Engineer will provide support to customers in the state of Michigan with on-site repair, troubleshooting and /or maintenance services for CNC’s and related system peripheral equipment.

How It's Done


+ Provide maintenance and troubleshooting for CNCs, servo, spindle drive and motor products. Investigate customer complaints and perform analysis to determine the cause(s). Operate with consistent support of Supervisor/Manager
