Job Summary

• Develop and maintain the customer demand plan – short and long term.
• Create and manage the production plan – short and mid‑term.
• Coordinate supplier scheduling and release orders to suppliers.
• Ensure schedule attainment for production planning.
• Manage inventory – maintain accuracy, set appropriate safety stock and mitigate risk.
• Organize special freight and conduct root‑cause analyses, implementing preventive actions to avoid recurrence.
• Use BCAQ to monitor suppliers and assess delivery performance.
• Maintain an empty error mailbox and resolve issues on a daily basis.
• Process EDI data from customers and to suppliers.
