Associate Marketing Manager, Lifecycle

Responsible for planning and overseeing execution of timely email, SMS and push notification campaigns to our customers. Drive the lifecycle campaign/content calendar, partnering with cross-functional teams. Deliver reporting and analytics and optimization recommendations. Work to enhance process and campaign performance to accelerate channel performance.
This is an on-site position (Monday through Thursday) based out of our Northbrook, IL office with the flexibility to work remotely on Fridays.

+ Collaborate on the management of lifecycle campaign calendar including content, send cadence, and audience selections for US and Canada programs.
+ Own the creative briefing process for bulk email, SMS, and push for US and Canada core programs.
