Associate Manager,retail Account Management

**Job Description**:
**ABOUT THE ROLE**
- Accountable end to end of all accounts supervised and negotiations with clients’ stakeholders
- Experience working with national, regional and price clubs is desired
- Responsible for the profit, sales growth, share of market and other key KPIs internal & external
- Generate strong relations with clients associate directors & directors
- Develop the strategy for the client aligned with SCJ strategy & client objectives
- Lead and develop a group of talented key account managers
**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Make sure that promotions results are maximized
- Lead price increases and challenge it both internal & external
- Generate strategy for missing listed products
- Take business decisions to generate good results within the client
- Lead forecast process thru KAMs team
- Lead T2T meetings to ensure the follow up of the year results
- Look after how to improve internal profitability mix, Price increase ...
