About the Team At Navi, the UPI team is responsible for driving the success of our UPI platform, owning the P&L and working in close partnership with Product, Marketing, Data Science, Analytics, Tech and other support functions. The team focuses on expanding the customer base, boosting revenue and optimising costs through continuous improvement. About the Role We’re looking for a strong candidate to uncover user behaviors, measure product performance, and identify growth opportunities. The candidate will have to partner across business stakeholder teams to drive data-informed product decisions and improvements. This is a high-ownership role with a direct impact on growth.
