The position demands a seasoned mechanical engineer who can balance advanced preventive/predictive maintenance planning with strict Process Safety Management (PSM) and regulatory compliance. The ideal candidate will have extensive leadership experience in chemical or process manufacturing plants, bringing strong expertise in SAP PM and continuous improvement methodologies.
