Job Description
We are looking for an Associate Learning and Development Partner to join our IP Training Team -IP360 in NOIDA. This is an amazing opportunity to work with the Training Team and help grow and upskill young and dynamic IP professionals. The team consists of 6 Trainers and an E-learning developer, all reporting to the Associate Director, Service Operations.
About You – experience, education, skills, and accomplishments
Minimum 2-3 years’ experience and 1+ year in current role.
In-depth knowledge of Patents and Trademarks (The National, International and Regional Systems and the basic concepts of Patents & Trademarks)
Education - Bachelor's degree in any stream
It would be great if you also had . . .
Prior experience of working IP Management systems like, Foundation IP, IP Manager, Anaqua, IP Folio etc.
Train the Trainer, instructional designing is a plus.
