Associate Lawyer

Clyde & Co has an opening for an associate lawyer with experience in general insurance and professional indemnity to join the insurance litigation group. As a lawyer at our Firm, you will be involved in all aspects of litigation including mediations, arbitrations, trials and appeals, in a broad scope of general litigation matters, with a focus on Commercial disputes. You will have the opportunity of working in an entrepreneurial atmosphere and as part of a collegial team, all the while further developing your career.

Key Responsibilities

• Providing legal analysis and advice in the area of general litigation matters, working with senior lawyers and partners in those sectors.
• Drafting pleadings, motion materials and factums, as well as pre-trial memorandums and mediation memorandums.
• Conducting research and providing legal analysis.
