Associate IT Support Engineer

Job Overview

iSoftStone, Inc. is seeking an Associate IT Support Engineer to join our team in Palo Alto, California. This is a 6‑month contract role that will be 100% onsite in Palo Alto, CA. Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S.; we are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment visa at this time. Pay range: $35 to $43/hour (W2).

Responsibilities

Daily IT & Network Operations

• Maintain and troubleshoot office network infrastructure (routers, switches, firewalls, Wi‑Fi, and VPNs) to ensure stable connectivity.
• Manage basic server environments and administer office collaboration platforms (e.g., Office 365, Google Workspace, Azure AD).

Employee Technical Support (L1/L2)

• Act as the primary point of contact for IT issues, providing direct on‑site support for office staff.
• Resolve hardware, software, and system access issues in a timely manner.
