Associate – IT Infrastructure & Systems

We are looking for an Associate IT Infrastructure & Systems who enjoys solving IT problems, maintaining secure access, and ensuring employees have everything they need to work efficiently. As part of the IT team, you will be responsible for managing employee laptops, Microsoft 365 administration, hardware inventory, user access, software licenses, vendor coordination, and IT documentation. Key Responsibilities: Prepare laptops, software, and accounts for new employees. Perform employee onboarding and offboarding activities. Manage Microsoft 365 users, groups, licenses, and permissions. Administer Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD). Maintain hardware inventory and asset records. Track software licenses and subscriptions. Coordinate with hardware vendors for procurement and repairs.
