Associate, Investment Banking (Financial Sponsors Group)

Provides a combination of deep Financial Sponsors sector expertise, innovative thinking in a team-based approach and world class execution across a full suite of products to clients through an integrated Capital Markets platform using a sector ecosystem approach. Collaborates to generate creative, client-focused solutions to prospective and current clients including private equity firms, alternative asset managers and their portfolio companies.

+ Takes an active role in deal teams to develop, present, and win mandates for new opportunities across sponsor clients and their portfolio companies.
+ Plays a key leadership role in executing live transactions alongside industry & product partners, including M&A Advisory, Leveraged Finance, ECM, and other product offerings.
