Associate, HSSE

Job Summary

The HSSE Associate is responsible for ensuring the safety of workers and visitors at the construction sites. He/she shall implement the company’s HSSE Management System, develop and implement construction site specific HSSE plans, conduct site inspections, and provide training on HSSE procedures as well as be able to investigate incidents/accidents that occur at construction sites.

The HSSE Associate shall have a strong knowledge of HSSE national and local regulations and standards. He/she must be able to identify potential hazards and develop plans to mitigate those hazards and be able to effectively communicate with workers, supervisors, and other professionals on‑site.
