As an Associate HR/Talent Acquisition, you will play a crucial role in supporting the recruitment process and enhancing our talent acquisition strategies. You will work closely with hiring managers and the HR team to identify staffing needs and attract top talent.

• Assist in the full-cycle recruitment process including job postings, resume screening, and interview coordination.

• Conduct initial candidate screenings and interviews to assess qualifications and fit.
• Maintain and update the applicant tracking system to ensure accurate records.
