Associate - Global Custody Tax EMEA

Position Overview

The Senior Associate – Global Custody Tax leads the day‑to‑day operations of the Global Custody Tax team for BNP Paribas India Solutions. You will act as the primary subject‑matter expert, mentor junior staff, allocate workload, perform “checker” reviews, and ensure that all tax‑related activities (document collection, DTA analysis, withholding‑tax application, tax‑reclaim processing and client reporting) are delivered accurately, on time and in line with service‑level agreements and KPIs.

Job Responsibilities

• Serve as the go‑to reference for tax‑team members; train, guide and mentor junior staff.
• Allocate daily work, set priorities and oversee complex or high‑value items.
• Perform “checker” reviews on all manual tax‑related activities before final release.
