We are offering an exciting opportunity for an Attorney in Queensbury, New York, in the legal industry. The primary function of this role is to provide legal advice and services to clients, representing them in legal proceedings, and conducting legal research and analysis.


Responsibilities:

• Provide legal representation to clients in court proceedings on civil or criminal matters

• Manage and advise clients on legal transactions

• Review and draft legal documents including pleadings, motions, and contracts

• Conduct legal research and analysis to advise clients on legal rights

• Attend trials and offer legal counsel

• Expertise in Employment Law, Employment Law - Employer, Employment Litigation, and Municipal Laws preferred

• Experience in Civil Litigation, Deposition Summary, Draft Motions

• Apply skills in Legal Research, Trial Experience, and Trial Attendance
