Associate General Counsel

seeks an Associate General Counsel to join its team. Reporting to the VP of Legal, this position will work with departments across and its portfolio companies to provide advice on a wide range of legal matters, including commercial contracts and transactions, privacy, cybersecurity, compliance, regulatory issues, and general corporate matters. The legal team supports all aspects of the company’s business operations, including commercial relationships, intellectual property, employment, litigation, securities, financial reporting, and strategic activities. The ideal candidate will be business-minded, have a deep sense of curiosity, and be enthusiastic about learning new things and contributing to the growth of the department and the company as a whole.
