Position Summary

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Assists in the creation of concepts for new poker machine games that maximize player appeal and game performance in the field.

• Assists in the design of fun, innovative math models.

• Responsible for all math model calculations for assigned games, including base game/free games, bonus features, and all payback percentages, hit frequencies, standard deviations, and other metrics as appropriate.

• Creates their own programming tool to verify math models and analyse game play characteristics.

• Prepares Excel spreadsheets for regulatory submission, adhering to Light & Wonder standards for formatting and preferred mathematical methods.
