Job Description
Our client is an established China-based securities company. They are seeking a finance manager to join their team.
Responsibilities：
Be responsible for the account and financial reports, regulatory and management reports and other finance related work;
Establish and maintain financial policies and procedures;
Liaise with external/internal parties on audit, tax returns and other accounting and financial matters;
Handle regulatory financial reports to SFC;
Perform any ad-hoc task as assigned.
Requirements：
Degree holder in Finance or Accounting discipline and / or professional qualification of HKICPA / CTA or equivalent;
At least 5 years related work experience, preferred with experience in sizable securities firms;
Candidate with experience in CPA firms or Chinese financial institutions is preferred;
