Associate Finance Director - Tax

**Overview:**

Reporting to the Tax Director, Associate Tax Director is responsible for leading all aspects of the global ASC 740 function, as well as consolidated federal tax return reporting, forecasting of cash tax payments, managing the IRS and various state examination, and coordinating tax planning.

**Primary Responsibilities:**

+ Identify and mitigate tax-related risks and challenges
+ Monitor pending tax legislation and analyze potential impact on the company’s planning and business strategies
+ Work with senior and executive managers across Finance, legal and Business lines
+ Participate in the development and implementation of Tax/Finance department goals, contributing to strategic decisions with an in-depth knowledge of multiple divisions as well as industry/competitor strategies
+ Coach and develop team members for a sustainable bench-strength and resource planning
