Description

• Monitor site-specific facility operations standards and processes set by Facility Manager
• Coordinate the execution of Site Facilities & Engineering processes, which include implementation of the energy management program, Building and Grounds (B&G) upkeep and maintenance, B&G minor renovations (>PHP1 Million), capital and operational budget adherence, critical equipment maintenance, monitoring and reporting to internal and external stakeholders and approvers, and take corrective action or escalate to Facility Manager, as necessary
  
  •     Gather information from internal (e.g., program representatives, information systems data, logs) and external (e.g., vendors, other Real Estate sections, landlord]) sources and report information to Facility Manager
