Associate Executive, Environmental Services

To assist Senior / Assistant Manager / Senior Executives in operations support on Environmental Services related services and handling of staff enquiry and ensure compliance with Environmental Services policies and regulatory requirements.

Your job roles will include but not be limited to the following:

• Assist and provide operational support to Senior / Assistant Manager / Senior Executives.
• Carry out preliminary activities related to operations and assist Senior / Assistant Manager / Senior Executives to carry out the works.
• Tracking of operational records to ensure works performed or delivered duty by vendors
• Participate in linen inventory conducted by the department
• Receive complaints / instructions and relays it to Senior / Assistant Manager / Senior Executives, concerned for actions and follow-up
• Attend to enquiries from internal staff and external personnel immediately and to provide appropriate advice ...
