Position Overview
Role: Associate Engagement Manager
Location: Bangalore
Drive client success by combining engineering insight, analytics, and strong relationship management. Act as a strategic partner to identify and address client needs while contributing to business growth.
Key Responsibilities
Own revenue and profit targets for assigned accounts.
Build relationships with key client stakeholders and decision-makers.
Manage end-to-end sales cycle (qualification to deal closure).
Support large deal campaigns and account strategy planning.
Represent Quest Global at industry events and networking forums.
What We’re Looking For
Engineering degree + MBA (Sales/Marketing preferred).
1–5 years of experience.
Strong communication, analytical, and relationship-building skills.
Experience in proposals and account management.
Strategic, result-driven, and adaptable mindset.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced sales environment.
