Associate Education and Program Manager

Reports to: Education Director

Position Summary:

This position serves as an educational and program champion for the AOA’s Council of Orthopaedic Residency Directors (CORD) program. The Associate Education and Program Manager is required to be a team player and hands-on implementer.

The AOA seeks an individual who thrives in a fast-paced, high volume work environment and is a professional who works collaboratively with a diverse group of team members to create and manage cross-organizational, integrated strategies for project completion. The successful individual will have excellent written and oral communication skills, critical thinking abilities, precise attention to detail, and enthusiasm for customer service as it fulfills the mission of the AOA/CORD and supports excellence in orthopaedic surgery graduate medical education.
