Job Description

We are recruiting for an Investment & Business Development Senior professional (Associate Director/Director). You will be responsible in driving their next phase of growth. This will include regional growth, cross-border capital deployment, and portfolio expansion. Reporting to the CEO, you will be responsible for emerging/developed market real estate investment opportunities. You will be looking to navigate diverse regulatory landscapes, and structures high-value cross-border transactions.
Key Responsibilities

1. Regional Investment & Acquisition
Cross-Border Sourcing: Originate high-yield real estate acquisitions, joint ventures, across primary SEA markets as well as other developed Asia Pacific markets 

Macro & Micro Underwriting: Review complex financial models (DCF, IRR) incorporating regional tax laws, currency risks, and inflation
