We have a great opportunity for an experienced Capital Programme/Utilities Surveyor to join our Corporate Account Management team in Peterborough. The ideal candidate will be MRICS qualified and have a strong rural or utilities background.

This is a pivotal role within the wider Corporate Account Management team, with responsibility for providing clear strategic leadership to a multidisciplinary delivery team while overseeing the successful planning and execution of capital delivery services for Savills Infrastructure and Utility clients. The position will play a key role in driving performance, ensuring best practice governance, and maintaining the highest professional standards across all stages of project delivery, working collaboratively with internal stakeholders and external partners to achieve optimal outcomes for clients.
