The Esoterics and Latin America team at S&P Global Ratings covers complex non-traditional structured finance asset classes including Latin America cross-border securitizations, solar ABS, triple net lease properties, data centers, and whole business securitizations in the United States. The team values analytical rigor, cross-functional collaboration, and the integration of AI and automation tools to deliver accurate and efficient credit assessments across a diverse range of structured finance markets.
