DUTIES: Lead and supervise a team of IT professionals responsible for the design, development, configuration, and ongoing optimization of ServiceNow-based technology solutions related to HR
and other related enterprise domains. Provide technical and functional leadership across the software development lifecycle including requirements analysis, solution design, system architecture, integration strategy, and deployment activities.
